Why did they not meet a single clause in the contract?
I don't think the contract or the job is very complicated.
Mr Murone didn't think the job was too hard when he assured me he could do it.
Other concreters are now quoting to repair and redo the job.
They don't think it's very complicated.

I can understand making mistakes and straying from the contract here and there. But it's as if there was no contract - Mr Murone did not deliver a single item on the contract. Not one.
Was it simply INCOMPETENCE?
Did he think I'm an idiot and wouldn't notice what was going on?
Did he just tell lies from the start never intending to do the job properly?
Is there something even worse going on and he actually thinks he's doing the job right?
I simply don't understand how anyone running a business could operate like this.
