Contract: Prepare areas to be concreted, place crushed rock base 50mm thick and compact
It's difficult to photograph what isn't there.
These are just a few photographs spread around our driveway. There's a scattering of pebbles. And Mr Murone may have filled a few holes around the yard.
But basically, Mr Murone is ready to pour concrete on bare clay and dirt.
To cover the site to a depth of 50 mm would require 13 cubic metres of crushed rock.
Mr Murone claims he spread 6 cubic metres of crushed rock on the site. This is less than half what would be required.
I watched the truck deliver the crushed rock. It looked more like 1, maybe 2 cubic metres.
I have asked Mr Murone to supply the invoices and receipts for this delivery.
So far he has refused to supply this proof.
