... in such a way that it is in the middle of the concrete where it strengthens the concrete rather than flat on the ground. (THIS PIC FROM THE INTERNET SHOWS HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE)
As you can see from these photographs - Mr Murone installed no chairs, just laid the mesh flat on the ground.
