This is our front porch as Mr Murone left it, 'ready to pour'.

 

Mr Murone tells me that it's ok to pour concrete on this sand because it's packing sand.

 

Given his history, I'm not sure if I believe him.

 

Would you?

 

A second contractor whom I asked for advice told me that the sand would stick to the concreters' boots while pouring and the sand would end up on top of the expensive exposed aggregate concrete.
