This photograph shows the south-east corner of our garden after Mr Murone finished.
The difference is that after Mr Murone finished we had lost our garden tap.
The tap was in Mr Murone's way.
As you can see in photgraphs below, it was connected using flexible pvc pipe.
IT WOULD HAVE BEEN VERY EASY TO SHIFT IT OVER OUT OF THE WAY.
Which is what I asked Mr Murone to do.
A couple of hours later I was informed that the tap had been 'accidentally' torn up.
But it was all right because we have another tap in the garden and a very long hose.
Mr Murone assured me that the end of the ripped off mains pressure pipe had been blanked off (now underground) and would not leak.
Given Mr Murone's history on this job, his assurance didn't make me feel secure -
I WILL HAVE TO PAY A PLUMBER TO DIG IT UP AND CHECK IT AND REPLACE THE TAP
another trivial matter - BUT HOW MANY MORE TRIVIAL MATTERS WILL THERE BE ON THIS JOB?
AND WHEN MR MURONE WALKS AWAY, IT WILL BE JUST ONE MORE PROBLEM FOR ME TO FIX
