BEFORE A NEW CONCRETER CAN BEGIN ON THE JOB

 

THE SITE MUST BE RESTORED TO THE CONDITION IT WAS IN BEFORE MURONE/PAVE-CRETE BEGAN

 

THE DAMAGE DONE BY MR MURONE WILL HAVE TO BE REPAIRED, INCLUDING RUBBISH REMOVAL.

 

This will get us back to the state we were in before Mr Murone began.

 

• overflow concrete lumps will have to be broken up and removed

• the retaining walls with cracked foundations will have to be knocked down and taken away

• the cracked foundations will have to be broken up and removed

• The drainage pits (cases) will have to be removed, replaced and fitted correctly

• existing stormwater drains around the house were damaged by Mr Murone (while incorrectly installing drainage pits and strip drain). They will have to be repaired and in part replaced

• garden tap and mains supply pipe will have to be excavated and replaced by a plumber
